He worked with our designer to develop the appropriate dimensions and materials, then produced some beautiful work under a tight time frame. “professional and courteous. one of the locks for the window was damaged and the installer came back and on his own time replaced it. the house was kept clean during the installation. the sales team was quick and answered my many questions. the plan and dates were adhered to . everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. . “As the senior structural designer on one project, and design manager on a following project, I worked closely with the Glasshape team on the specification, installation and approval of a large number (100+) of marine glazing panels. Marine glazing is particularly challenging due to the harsh environment and very high quality standards required by both the client and the approval authorities. The Glasshape team were a pleasure to work with right from the initial phase of the projects, through to completion. They provided additional technical and practical assistance to wherever possible to assist in obtaining classification society approval. The laminated glazing panels performed above design requirements during testing which was very re-assuring, and is a testiment to the quality of the final product (the testing requirements for the glazing panels required some significant pressure tests). The panels provided my Glasshape represent some of the highest quality marine glazing I have witnessed during my 14 years in the industry. The delivery times were as discussed during the development of the project, and any alterations to the original specification and quote were discussed and agreed in a timely and professional manner. I would not hesitate to work with Glasshape again, or to recommend them to others.”

“One of the owners actually came out the worked on the bid. Very professional, one channel/person that answered most questions, no middle man/tech/foreman or sales, but they came a bit late in our decision process, wish we had pursued further rather than their competitor. Their competitor won out b/c they had worked on a similar project near by, but too many layers, no single point of accountability with our project. We'd definitely consider Signature Window & Door Inc for our next project.”

“Not only is Mike and his staff incredibly helpful and professional, but the turnaround was super quick and pleasantly unexpected. We are loving the closets, they're perfect! All of your installers, Drew, Luke, Jonathan and Zach were awesome! Luke is so fantastic and knows so much and really helped us out with making sure that the design worked. One of daughters' drawers was damaged and the guys said they would be back within a few days with a replacement. We just don't have enough nice things to say about your company. Thank you again!! I will recommend your company to everyone!”

“Our experience with West Seattle Window & Door started when we asked for an estimate. At the time we knew we wanted to replace the windows for the entire house, but we weren't entirely sure about the style. Michan, the owner came by and offered opinions about design and possible options of enlarging, dropping or any other modifications that we would want without any kind of pressure to sign with them. We decided they are are our best bet from the bids that we had and paid a down-payment. She promised to deliver by a certain date, she kept us updated whenever there was anything unexpected that came up and she made sure to have to work wrapped up the the date promised. Her team of installers had all 33 windows (except 2 that were incorrectly sent from the manufacturer) installed with one enlargement included, over 2days and took care of wrapping up a week later when the other 2 were delivered. The enlarged window looks gorgeous, adding to curb appeal; caulking, flashing, trimming and last but not least cleaning up, all as promised and with great attention to detail. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to family and friends whenever they need a referral.”

“The Kolbe Gallery in Seattle helped us with all the windows and doors of our extensive residential remodel. They were professional and helpful and my Architect (CAST) introduced us to each other. We were looking for a contemporary window with minimal details and their VistaLuxe collection was a good match. They look great and overall construction feels good too. The one thing I felt could be better is the hardware on these windows. As with most other brands we saw during this project, the window hardware used on products these days do not have the same solid feel I was used to with older products. So if you are going from an older house to something new, you too will likely notice this. Overall, I think Kolbe struck a reasonable balance between looks, cost, and quality. I love how the finished product looks.”
