Case Study: Pinner, Harrow
BathroomsbyDesign were delighted to be given the opportunity to design and build three luxurious and timeless bathrooms in Pinner, just outside of Harrow. In order to bring the client’s design ambitions to life, we combined a variety of products from various top brands to execute a showstopping, classical space.
The client was looking to create a modern, neutral feel in their bathroom, whilst retaining a touch of luxe, indulgent design. They were also conscious to stick to their budget, so we had to consider cost-effective solutions in some aspects of the room designs. One defining feature of the project was that the client wanted each bathroom to have a distinct personality. Other top priorities included maximising storage capacity to ensure that clutter was reduced to a minimum.
The key design theme running through this project was retaining a sense of clean, calming minimalism. We included touches of brushed brass to retain a sense of pared back simplicity and added a contrasting vibrant gold and black showpiece taps to create a striking focal point in the space. When it came to product selection, we were careful to maintain the balance between design-led decisions and cost-effective solutions, resulting in a final project which met the clients needs both financially, practically and aesthetically.
To maximise space, each bathroom design incorporated a wetroom tray to ensure that the available layout was utilised optimally. Our designer, Stuart, alongside the BathroomsbyDesign team, worked hard to ensure that the correct products were selected to design storage solutions that were both practical, stylish and modern.
The project comprised a range of many different products from a variety of brands including Faeber, Crosswater, Oli, JTP, Saneux and VADO.
We completed this project in November 2020 at a total cost of £16,000.
Customer review - "We used BBD for the refurbishment of 3 bathrooms. They had a great range of products and their virtual drawings really helped to envision what it would look like to put different bits together (including a VR app for your phones where you could walk around your future bathroom).
Overall - highly recommend!" - Kaushal Bhagat
