Inspired by the farmhouse chic theme in the Joanna Gaines' Fixer Upper series, the homeowner came to us wanting to have similar of style but injecting her own personality to the space she calls home in Jardin @ Upper Bukit Timah. We explored the idea of using elements of natural world into her living environment, so we used shiplap to add a rustic charm and a delicate texture to a modern space. The reclaimed weathered wood transformed the living room and the master bedroom's wall into works of art. The homeowner also carefully curated the pretty knobs and pulls to add little fun into the space.
