We were commissioned to undertake a complete renovation to bring this Victorian home up to date.
We responded by reconfiguring the original layout to create a 4 bedroom home with en-suite bathrooms, opening the living room into the kitchen area and creating an additional floor. Walls were moved, chimneys opened up and a loft extension was added to create an extra 30 sqm. Bespoke built-in wardrobes were designed to optimize the space.
The client who bought this buy to let property, wanted to rent it out as quickly as possible and we managed to complete the project in just 4 months from start to finish.
