Potomac MD Contemporary Screened Porch with Ipe & Pine Ceiling
Design Builders completed this contemporary screened porch in Potomac, Maryland, Montgomery County, building an 18 by 18 foot custom screen room with Ipe Brazilian hardwood installed with hidden fasteners throughout.
Pine bead board outlines the unique ceiling and roof structure, framed by two open raised gables that define the contemporary roofline. Recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, and integrated speakers make the space fully functional day and evening. Powder coated wrought iron handrails topped with hardwood surround the porch and deck perimeter.
