This Sunroom addition was a three season room which we converted to a conditioned four season sunroom. It features 2x6 walls with insulated headers, low-E sun glazed Andersen windows and 15 lite fiberglass entry doors. The exterior details include a standing seam metal roof, stamped concrete patio and walkway, Fujitsu inverter mini-split ductless HVAC system and a matching shed. The interior details include a heated tile floor, recessed lighting, and in ceiling speakers which tie into the whole house system.
