It’s a common question to ask if you should have the rental unit furnished or unfurnished. We believe there’s more pros than cons in the long run. Let’s see some of the pros here:

- Helps tenants to save some money since they don't buy/ bring essential furniture.
- Let out the unit faster since generally there are more tenants looking for furnished lettings and especially drawn towards a well-design apartment (even though the furniture can be inexpensive)
- Fetch a better price (slightly) as compared to a unit unfurnished/ furnished with ugly furniture.
- When the tenancy ends, you still own the furniture, you can either use it for yourself/ offer to the next tenant.
