    Hi there I am not a landscaper/ botanist or horticulturalist but love plants! The plants Look like a Liriope-possibly ‘Royal Purple’. Google and see if they match-We have them growing in full sun ( in southern Australia we have very dry summers - can get burnt leaves very hardy!) They are an evergreen perennial -clumping plant (Dark purple flowers are produced on spikes in late Spring to early Summer) cheers
