Is this Daltile Whisper Green glass? What size is the tile...4x4, subway, smaller? I love your work on the Cypress house. Thanks, Carolyn

Hi Carolyn, I'm sorry I did not see your question! The tiles are 2x2 glass tiles. They were not from Dal Tile. Aren't they pretty? Thank you for your compliment on Cypress house. Let me know if you have any other questions. ~Marci

Marble are non-porous thus it would cause etching and corrosion. Besides that, marble are high maintenance materials. Marble requires proper care and maintenance. Acid should never be used on marble as it shall loose its shine. Marble should be regularly polished over a period of time to give it a new look. If proper precautions are not taken the marble becomes yellowish in colour. Italian marble is usually very soft and prone to cracks. Proper resins have to be used to make the surface strong and solid and avoid further cracks. Proper sealants should be used in marble flooring as the marble is highly porous and prone to staining. It absorbs stains very quickly especially kitchen stains hence are not appropriate for kitchen counter tops. Quartz would be a better choice as quartz are non porous. Hi Ibrahim, most of the tile/flooring suppliers carry a range of tiles similar to ones that you like. Try Soon Bee Huat, or Hafary. They carry quite a large range of trendy tiles. You might be surprised that you might find some other design that might inspire you even more.
