Is it okay to mix lighting fixture colors?

I am building a new home and am difficulty picking out light fixtures. I found a chandelier that I love! (French Country) However, it is black and I want bronze. If I still buy it, can I go with bronze throughout the rest of the house?

    Yes you can mix if the styles work well together you would be okay. Do you have any pictures of the fixtures?
