Hello So sorry I just now fund out about the Question part of Houzz, I am not sure why I never get notified.. On the Humidor I just had the cabinet maker use all cedar lining and then purchased a humidor filter online that needs filling with purified water about once a month. Pretty similar to a humidor box one purchases

My humble advice would be to spend a little thought and design and obviously budget into the bathroom (dont forget to make certain that the flooring in the bathroom is water proofed professionally) and kitchen design. This is usually where most of the budget goes. Next would be to rewire the home. Electrical work is also rather expensive these days so make sure you hire a reputable contractor. Rest of decor you could decide later and see how far your budget goes. Renovating is never an easy process, so be patient and decide on what you want first and then communicate this to your designer. As changes later can be very expensive.
