Is there a joint left between the tile, or is it laid without a joint?

Edgar Morales - definitely a grout joint. The porcelain tile planks which are so popular now (with good reason) are still tile.

Edgar - I should add that you'd have the same considerations you'd have when figuring the width of any grout joint, and most folks do like a very narrow joint width on a porcelain plank. But there's still a grout joint.
