    Yes - this is a Corten Steel - interesting product that was requested by the home owner - we were weary at first but all very happy with overall process and end result.

    Can't say it was ever shiny - a dull raw metal look with rust was apparent. Over past 5 years - it has "aged" slightly with more rust in areas affected by elements...
