Uba Tuba or Gaillo Fiorito Granite

I am putting in maple auburn glaze cabinets and have a maple cinnamon hardwood floor. We are going with black appliances vs. stainless. Just undecided on the countertop. Originally wanted to go with the giallo fiorito, but think I have more options (ie. backsplash, paint, etc.) with the uba tuba. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    I don't think the Giallo Fiorito is enough contrast for the wood tones. I think the Uba Tuba would be the better choice. It will definitely give you more options for tile and paint selection.
