Cleaning travertine

Does anyone have experience with travertine around a pool? I am getting mixed messages as to how often they need cleaned and sealed.

If what you have is a good hard quality of Turkish travertine, pressure washing it once a year is enough, this is for material not sealed. If your travertine is sealed; you do have to be careful not to blow the sealer off the stone, hold the pressure washer back a safe distance. We have had good success with Alliance Gator Seal Satin look Sealer. Using Alliance Resealer every 3-4 years to reseal. Don't hesitate to contact us for any further questions.
