    That is a custom awning made from steel framing and a glass roof. Any awning can be residential or commercial. If you show this photo to a local general contractor they should be able to help you achieve a similar look.

    This was a custom awning designed by Liederbach & Graham, Architects made of steel and glass and manufactured by Norbert Pobuda.
