Seeking Convection Steam Oven Opinions

Hello,

We are remodeling our kitchen and deciding whether to have 2 ovens or take a leap of faith and get the Convection Steam Oven (by Wolf). I am not the best cook, but do host some big family holidays so need cooking options. Any experience with this Steam oven? The inside space is smaller than a regular oven. What do you cook in there? We do not have space to have double ovens plus the Convection Steam oven.

    you should check out the Meile, 48" convection steam oven

    I have the Viking one with a single oven below it and it's been my favorite appliance. I'm using the steamer to do chicken and veggies today! Been super happy with this setup.
