Home office under staircase? Anyone tried?

Hi guys I live in a maisonette in Tampines and want to make use of the area under my staircase. The area is always dark and dusty: quite a problem.

Has anyone tried this?

    I think it's a great way to maximise every nook and cranny of your home. However, you should also be mindful of the noise that would be produced by others accessing the stairs.
