What are these ferns & will they hold up in Zone 8?

Just wondering the kind and if they are evergreens for the year?

    The ferns are Microlepa strigosa - Japaneses Lace Ferns , yes they are evergreen. According to a Google search , they will live in zone 8a and 8b. Sorry about the delay. I have also used them as a sort of hedge.
