      That color of blue is spectacular for Berkeley. Pops against grey skies, reminds me of the Bay on a clear, sunny day. The brickwork, too, was a great transformation.

      Beautiful! We had our house painted last year and we had some bad places, similar to what this house had. Flaking paint and bare down to the aluminum siding. It's amazing what a good paint job can do for a house!
