I just received this order and one of the knobs will not install flush. Can you send me a replacement? Also, How do the drawers release so I can take them out to access and install the plumbing. Or is the plumbing done some other way. Thanks.

    Could you please advise if the countertop comes pre drilled for faucet and how many holes? Could you also send the specs on the countertop.
