Very beautiful. What species and finish were used for perimeter and island? Also it looked like maybe a washed oak in another picture? We are in the elevations design phase in Nor Cal. Thx

Hi Becky

The island cabinetry is reclaimed white oak, and the perimeter cabinetry is #2 walnut. The finishes on the island were a multi step process of paint wash as well as oil. Perimeter cabinets were painted with a base color and then antiqued with walnut toned wax.
