I like this water feature and I am creating my own similar to this. What is the sculpture in the feature?

I want to put something like this in a large pot I already have. Is this custom/handmade or bought somewhere? How does the water flow on or around it? It appears to be on a stand held down by river rocks. Thanks so much for answering in advance. Great idea/design! I checked you website and you have a great portfolio but I'm a DIY and just want a little assistance.

    This is a hand made fountain by a Sonoma County California artist. The water flows down the vertical surface into the bowl below.
