Is this pre-cut or pre-assembled kit?

Need more info: Is this pre-cut or pre-assembled? Which windows are operable? How does the inside look like? Does it come with floor? Are light fixtures included as pictured? Does it come in other colors aside from blue?

    Hello Rose,

    Our Kits come in two formats and this is the pre-cut kit. All our kits come with plywood floors and the interior is unfinished. Items such as doors and windows are upgrades. Also, we do not supply light fixtures that is something that you can add after assembly. All the windows in this kit open, except for the arch window on the dormer.

    As for the siding, you can choose different siding colors by visiting:
