What clearance (in inches) is required to deploy the ironing board?

The washer and dryer are directly across from the proposed location for the built in ironing board. My concern is that the ironing board will hit the washer/dryer during the process of being deployed, but before turning the ironing board for use (90 degrees).

Because the ironing board must fully clear the sides of the cabinet before being able to swivel, the clearance needed is 46 7/8" from the wall for the ironing board to come fully out of the unit. Once lowered, you need at least 14 5/8" on either sides of the unit for the board to swivel in either direction.
