love the rendering/finish to the walls and shelves

Please can you tell me what it is called and how the shelves were made, the are so beautiful.

    We call that finish undulating render finish, it is over concrete block work that has had the various corners knocked off prior to the render process. This particular render is pigmented with white oxide power rather than being painted. The shelving is also made out of concrete that has been cast and pinned to the adjacent walls prior to also receiving that same render finish. Hope that helps :)
