Hi there, may I ask what was the coating system on the exterior plywood? We would like to do something similar but cannot workout what to specify because we have been advised by the paint specifiers that exterior plywood needs to be pigmented. Thank you. Great place!

    Hi, sorry for the delay in getting back to you, but Anna-Marie is on annual leave this week and she is the one that will know the answer to this. We did specify Resene Waterborne woodsman waterborne stain for the exterior plywood. However I cannot guarantee that no changes were made and that something else was used. The builder doesn't recall either. I will get back to you once I have spoken with Anna-Marie next week.
