I'm in a dilema. Remote controlled automatic gate - which is better, underground or arms in terms of quality and reliability. I'm located in Singapore. Thank you!

    Hi Jeannie, I've decided to go with the underground. I checked with neighbours and those using the arm experience more breakdowns. Thanks.
