    Thank you for your interest in our product! The area under "specification" does list the width as 23.38, that should actually be 23 3/8" which is the end-to-end width of the grab bar. The center-to-center of the towel bar is 19" and the mounting posts are for 16" on center. You can also check out to our page, scroll down and click "specs" to see the drawing.
