White Attica bench top and Polytec ultra white gloss cabinetry?

We’re building our new modern opened plan home and have decided to go with white on White kitchen. We will have Tasmanian oak flooring

we wanted some help with following:

- what is a good polytec white to go with this stone? We prefer crisp gloss white finish with no handles

we also need help on our interior wall paint.

- tossing between lexicon quarter and snowy mountains quarter.

We prefer clean crisp whites or light greys
