Is the turquoise-blue version of this dispenser a true aqua-turquoise?

On my computer screen, this item looks much more green than blue. Is the true color closer to turquoise than to green?

    The item color would look more less to what you see in your monitor (color varies depending on the monitor display features). Turquoise-Blue looks greenish.
