Hi, very nice deck. I am wondering what type of wood and stain? Also, are these deck tiles? Thank you!

Hey Joseph, this deck uses an ipe deck tile on pedestals. You typically don't want to stain ipe as it is naturally weather resistant.

I have used Lumicor or 3Form resin panels for this application many times. The resin panels are translucent, letting light in but are still private. They are two panels with flat materials between them; like grass, rice paper, fabrics, metals, strings, bamboo, wood veneers, it is endless.
