I own this excact model, maybe a year or 2 now, purchased at Lowes,

I can not get the blue L.E.D. display to shut off on both sides,,,It on , only on one side, when you turn that side off ,the other side automatically comes on,,,they will not both shut off at the same time ,together

    Hello, Lowes should have a replacement policy for defects that can help you with that. If not, you will have to reach out to the manufacturer directly. Unfortunately since you did not buy through RTA Cabinet Store there is not much I am able to help with.
