Hot Tub Style free standing?

Is this. Free standing all in one hot tub or a drop in hot tub? I’m looking to do something similar with surround and my builder is staring this is a different type. Is the decking right under the lip that goes around if free standing? Thanks for your help.

    Hi, This is a free standing tub which we built the platforms and decking around.

    Thanks for the quick response! It is absolutely beautiful! Do you have some sort of locking mechanism to keep the cover down during high winds?
