Love the design. What was the cost per s.f. to build?

I am looking to build a similar size project for myself and was curious about the cost per s.f. especially as it pertains to going LEED.

    Hello - thank you for the question. Urban Green was constructed about ten years ago at $215/sf in Minneapolis, MN.

    Thank you. I am figuring about $250 to $275/s.f. in NJ today.
