A screened porch that isn't dark

Was gold colored screening used on the third floor of the silo (or parapet)? it looks light in color. I plan to screen-in my front porch, since the VT mosquitoes have grown in size and number, and I don't want to darken the facade of the front of my house.

    I used Bronze screen, but it will darken with age.

    Stainless screen will stay clear if you don't mind the color.
