How do they manage noise/privacy in an open bedroom?

Happy Canada Day.
We love this house, especially the third floor.
How do the home owners manage noise/privacy with such an open concept? Thanks.

    thanks ! all the other bedrooms have doors so this room isn't really exposed to a living room or other spaces where noise can’t be controlled. happy canada day as well !
