I love this house, especially the attention to detail - can you describe how the baseboard was applied and what material was used? How was such a crisp line achieved at the bottom of the drywall? Is there a name for the technique?

Hi, It's a drywall reveal for the baseboard. Check out fryreglet.com they have all sorts of beads to create this.
