Were the vines hand painted or is that a decal. If a decal where were they purchased?

    this is not a decal, this is wallpaper that is in silk fabric and hand-painted and bespoke piece.

    this is entirely bespoke piece and designed to fit this specific feature wall in the colour that client requested.
