Hard Wired Towel Warmer

We are just about to spray foam and I am looking to install a modern towel warmer that we will leave on all the time. I've been looking at Amba, but the choices are endless. What towel warmer is ideal for leaving on all the time and is the most energy efficient? (water/glycol filled?) Thank you!

    While you may be able to leave the towel warmer on all the time, the most energy efficient thing would be to get a programmable control that could turn on/off the towel warmer when needed.
