Finding ideas and inspiration for a 30 yr old resale HDB

Hello folks, just got a new place with my wife and we are trying to find out if there are any interesting ideas and thoughts we can use for our newly purchased resale hdb.
Really happy with our purchase. Big spaces and all, though the corners and angles make it harder to plan things out. Also comes along with the the corridor/recess area that we have been cracking our brains on how to fully utilize it.
We tried our hands on some simple apps to plan out the space. And it looks something like this. Not sure if it will work out . Let us know what you think!
Also trying to find out if it is viable to conceeal the sewage pipes for the toilets.
