Internal doors, any recommendations?

Looking to replace all our internals doors, 5-6 in total, in our north London flat (N4). Any first-hand recommendations of suppliers, or ideally full-service companies who can measure, make, install and finish to a high standard? Detail-obsessives preferred!!

I like https://deantawood.co.uk/ doors because they're solid core and have generous trim allowances.

Hi, We suggest that you g⁠⁠⁠⁠o for grey (safer) or black (more "loud" and daring) laminate colours as it matches really well with the granite you have. These colours will definitely give a touch of elegance and express a modern look theme! You may also do polishing for your Granite to give it back its shine thus you will look like you have a new kitchen! I'm assuming since he's recommended 5 panels, they will all be stacking to one side? If you were to have each side stack, then an even number would make sense. If they are stacking to one side, then five is better, as it is an odd number (better visually) and one less panel to stack back. You might want to tell us more about where these doors are going and perhaps even send us some pictures. If we can see what you are addressing we would be able to give you an answer that goes beyond conjecture.

Hi Rachel, This is quite easy to fix. Firstly I would brighten the space up with a white paint such as Nippon Violet Whispers (warm white), this will give you a good base to work from. Then I would replace your table with one that is larger. This table is too small to be useful and is making your entrance feel small. I recommend using teak and keeping this console table simple in design. On the wall I would place artwork - the bigger the better as this will make a dramatic statement. Then add some lighting (table lamp on console table) and decorative items and voila your entrance will be instantly chic! I have mocked up two options for you - one is based on blues, the other pinks, so depending on your preference you can go either way. Hi EJ, I'm not going to be of much help, but I believe the obvious sources of reclaimed wood would be demolition and removal specialists in Singapore? At least that's how I know how antique dealers source vintage tiles in Singapore. Chatting with reclaimed wood furniture specialists like Journey East (https://www.houzz.com.sg/pro/journeyeast) might help too. And its true shipping costs from overseas would be prohibitive. Malaysia has always been this country's hinterland for raw material, and Indonesia has also played the part of being a significant sourcing ground for furniture makers in the region. You might want to (or have already) make sourcing trips to Central Java or Bali where costs might even be significantly lower than finding these pieces in Singapore.
