dimensions of the metal wire fence

Hi - please share the details of the metal wire fence on which the orange flowers have been planted. Is it 8 or 9 ft tall? Is it iron rods and iron wire mesh? Appreciate your guidance

    This is a custom installation, built to cover the garage wall and extend above it to block the site line of buildings across the street into the glass wall of the house.
    The frame is welded steel.

    And the screen is welded wire “cloth” - purchased in rolls and spot welded to the frame.

    Excellent - thank you. Is it 9 ft or taller in length? I have the same issue with sight line with adjacent houses
