Hey Erin,
love your sense of creativity. Curious how you manged to keep the surface even. Did you seek pieces of wood all the same thickness or make your own pieces to adapt to the thickness of just several collected items? Thank you. patricia

    Hey, great question! Actually, most of the pieces were the same depth at 1/2". There were a couple that weren't but I just left them how they were. It's not used for seating much so it works out fine. :)
