Hardware finish dilemma

Have changed hardware knobs and hinges to oiled bronze on my terrace/basement level after painting all the woodwork. The main floor has antique brass handles and knobs look and look ok but daugher's room/and attached bath is so much more bright and updated. Do I need to stick with the same throughout?

    No. Since there is a wall seperating them from the rest of the main floor, you can pick something else for your daughter's room and attached bath.
