Sprucing up a small 35yo flat with 2 rooms to 4 rooms of various sizes

Converting this flat to a rentable unit with mini studios/rooms for single professionals/mature students-

Intend to add partition living room and utility room.

To have separate shower & wc.

Flat main door is facing south west.

Design suggestions appreciated.

    If this is in the US, you invariably will be required to pull permits, and they will invariably require an Architect for this level of re-design in a multi-family building. I'd recommend you find a qualified local professional to help you on it.
