Hi. Neat solution. i am wondering how the hinge worked. do you have closeup of the hardware and installation. thanks a lot..

    The hinge is a quality piano hinge and is hidden...the hydraulic lifts are from GMC Yukon...thanks, Buz Morris

      basic question - What are the dimensions of the opening?

      The dimensions of the opening are approx. 2'-6"x5'-0". I probably have a photo of the door down...will look. The handle is a typical stainless steel boat hatch handle...approx. 2.5" in diameter. You want to be able to get a few fingers in there to pull...then it goes up nicely if you have the weight worked out correctly.

      I would also like to see a picture of the hatch closed please. Figuring out how to finish the floor hatches on our live aboard ;)
