What color pigments were used for the mix and also, what stain was used for the veining? This is one of the most beautiful countertops I've seen!

Thanks John, the base color was made with Buddy Rhodes mix with Universe pigment, the veining was achieved with a separate mix and a bit of charcoal pigment, no stains were used.

I think if you select a wall color that is too well coordinated to the tile, it will only bring out the vibrant pattern in the tile. So pick colors you like. Let your personal style and the vibe of the rooms dictate the colors. Your walls, furnishings and accessories will take center stage so you won't really notice the tile. Area rugs will down play the tile too. Ceilings are a great opportunity to add color also.

Warm white/light cream color

Currently my home is painted Mindful Gray....like every other house in our neighborhood. I have an itch to paint most of the main floor a warm white, light cream color. Most of our living area on the main floor is South facing. We have a lot of windows. Our house is probably medium sized and we have 9ft ceilings. I got soft chamois and the color is pretty but it seems to be a tad more gray than I would like. I am hoping for some paint suggestions that aren't super yellow.
