My dining room has 9f ceilings how far from the table top should my chandelier be

    A good generic rule of thumb is +\- 30" above the table which should be about 60" above your finished floor. Each specific fixture and furniture combination could need some adjustment from this based on the space.

    Usually with a bit higher ceiling ( 9') i like the lowest part of the chandelier about 31 to 33" above table. Sometimes you just have to eyeball it during install.

    Thank you I put it at 31 left some wire and still can take or add few leaks if I need thank you so much,

    What about if you are hanging the chandelier over the sink? Same +/- 30 above counter height?
