Are legs removal and pillows. Unit needs to go into basement confined by dimensions
And if so what's would height be minus legs etc

The legs are removable which will remove about a 1.5-2.5 inches from the height. The pillows are attached. The sectional will fit within any standard door way and comes in four pieces making it fairly easy to maneuver for setup.

I love this, but restricted by the overall size ... is it possible to reduce the configuration with the chaise as shown butting up to a 2 seat with right arm? Also, what is the charge to ship to Peterborough, Ontario CA please ?

It is possible, but it would need to be done with a special order. Special orders take 12-16 weeks to be produced by the manufacturer and we would need to submit a quote to the manufacturer for pricing.

We do ship to Canada. We charge $499.00 additional for shipping to Canada. Any customs/brokerage fees would need to be paid by you.
